WHICH FORM OF POETRY SHOULD I WRITE?

Which form of poetry should a poet write? Whoa, that's a million dollar question! Why should I follow protocol to write a poem? My composition is based on what I feel, see, taste, hear and smell around or within me! I should write the way I want to and it will make sense because that's me and when you the reader reads it, hmm.. classify it the way you want don't you think so? I need comments on this readers?

POETRY WRITING

I hope you are back once again friends in good health and disposition ready to grind your nose deep into putting down your experiences in writing for those who did not have the opportunity to visit where you travelled to read and enjoy? Imagine those far flung beautiful lands you visited? Those fantastic coastal lowlands you gazed at and those sandy beaches you threaded on, bring them out into poetic forms so that the images it evokes in man can make one decide to spend the next holidays there or better still quote in novels and stories. Sit down now and start writing, we are waiting for your work. Who knows, you might be the next William Blake.

POETRY

No matter the definition that is given to poetry, expressing it from my own point of view, I feel poetry to be a collection of the emotions, feelings, sight and insight, innermost thought that a writer has within or outside him/her that is spilled out and written to ease oneself.. You check it out, what I feel is what I express, what I see is what I put down the way I see it and so on. That is it. More will be coming out in this blog friends about poems from the heart. Have a nice time.
